The service is fair. Waiters are friendly. We have orders Chicken Enchiladas and Cajun Chicken Pasta. The Enchiladas is taste delicious but the taste of Cajun Chicken Pasta was terrible. In actual no taste at all. Not recommended eat.

Mouth Watering Dish, love the taste, wonderful crispy texture and the services are at top notch.

If you're looking where not to be disappointed, this is that place. The food quality and portions are splendid. The price is reasonable for the place. Kids meals are free if you order with normal set meals. Free flow drinks. Heavy crowd during lunch and dinner. Great place.

Went there 5 days ago. Ordered a swiss mushroom burger medium rare. I understand since i ordered it medium rare the burger gets juicy. But somehow it looks squashed and so much juice dripping that the burger is soggy. Staff is friendly but tried to clear your table so quickly. Even before you're done, so unnecessary. Super crowded during dinner and lunch time.

Not a good expeince going there after lockdown. Took long time to get our food ready and also they wrongly brought our order to someone else when we complained they just brough the same food to kitchen, dressing and warm up and brought bakc to us. Not recommended

They have nice food, great environment and awesome services! While sitting and enjoying your food I don’t know how many times you will listen to “happy birthday” song, I think it’s part of their service and it’s really awesome!!!! 👏 Eventho the price is quiet expensive, but it’s worth every penny i swear 😍 definitely will come back again anytime soon (If i have extra money tho 😜)

Nice food, great ambience. The fact that they serve bottomless nachos and soft drink is the greatest factor in deciding for a place to hangout with friends. They do serve alcohol. Not suitable for those who are sensitive towards a place that serves such beverages. Price wise is not too bad, a little on the higher side. Highly recommended!

The cook 10years ago is way better thn now. So sad. Miss all the moments dining here since 2007.

Big portion with average price. Girl shall share portion or else will mostly have leftover. Food taste and service is good. Birthday boy or girl will get mini celebration from the staff.

could have been better. service was slow, difficult to get a waitstaff to order food and drinks, and longest time to get food and drinks served. recommendation: only come if (1) you're desparate; (2) you want to impress your girlfriend; (3) you need a quick fix for booze. other than that, just go to the foodcourt. much faster and staff always available 🙄

The food was good and it was a good change. Hanging out with friends, we ate some dishes and the portion was nice. We also enjoy the dessert that taste very nice. The price was reasonable. The place pack with people but the atmosphere was good and lively. Great service and the staff were good.

Amazing food, first time eating at Chili's. Definitely worth the experience if you have the chance. The Lava Cake is a must if you end up going!

I was really disappointed in the restaurant. The service it self and friendliness of the staff added a bit of the stars but the food i really disliked. I was in many Mexican restaurants but liked these one the least. The food was really fat and totally not like my taste. The price is really cheep compared with Europe prices so we ordered really a lot. The portion sizes where also quite smaller to EU ones (also to the KL ones if you compare the price)

These 5 stars are not for the quality of food (it is good but not that tasty), but for the super service that they have!The waiter Nisa is very attentive and friendly. The restaurant's manager/supervisor (lady) dealt with my order professionally, I ordered a steak piece but it doesn't mention on the menu that it has the hoof attached to it, when the order came it was with the hoof which is something I couldn't eat. I told her about it and she kindly changed my order and suggested other options. The view is also amazing and you can see the KLCC park from it.

We ordered the Ribs, mash potato & Sweet corn, along with the Chili’s chili burger. The order came fairly quickly. The mash potatoes were delicious, covered in a mushroom sauce.The ribs had too much BBQ sauce on it, it was tender and good size, the burger was ok nothing special, a bit too juicy, and onions were a bit raw and not very chili. We found a tiny hair on our Rib order, advised management, they were very polite and helpful, advised if we like a replacement, and removed the charge for the ribs from our bill. All fried food is fried in the same oil as the Calamari, which is not good if you don’t want your fries, or children to be contaminated with fish/calamari.

Had the Texas Trio. Beef was tender and the fish was fresh! The chicken was a little dry on the inside but, the delicious sauce and seasoning made up for it! Overall 8/10. Highly recommend.

Went for birthday dinner with my wife. The restaurant is packed but the queue is not too long. We waited less than 5 minutes. The food was good. But my steak is quite raw. Overall very good restaurant

Food was awesome! But do take note that they use lean meat, eg chicken breast, some people might not used to it. But overall, it was healthy and tasty food.

Just like home! The Chili's staff welcomed us with the classic "Welcome to Chili's" and I was transported back to the states. The burger was fantastic. Love it!

Love the food here, especially the wrap.Free Flow selected drink, normally just the soft drink.You can get a free birthday cake and staffs will sing birthday song for you if you dine on your birthday, but sometimes can be noisy for others customer.Price wise definitely consider as mid to high tier, but the food is worth the price

The first time i visited this restaurant with my family back in 2018 when i was 20 years old. We ordered delicious food and the waiter was a friendly boy. I had a great time with my family. I really love this restaurant it's not because of the food was amazing or other reason, i love this place because it reminds me of my family. It's like my home. This is great place or family gathering and it creates a great family bonding moment. I am overall very happy. Nice food and great ambience. Now i like chili's so much.

Nice place in Suria KLCC to dine. The amostphere so noisy not recommended for lovey dovey couple - what you expect for a bar? The staff very friendly.Food just nice.

My all time fave! A must pit-stop while in Kuala Lumpur. Serving Mexican American dishes with prices that are affordable too! Grab a good seat while here and you can watch their fountain lighted up in the evening.

Service is good but the joint is usually packed during meal times. They don't allow booking or seating of incomplete parties so it's a bother in that aspect. Have to make sure everyone is timed perfectly.

One of the most inteststing foods menus in KL is offered by Chili's. Delicious foods and great choices of drinks.

Good food with big portions and I would like you to try burger, chips with salsa and fried chicken with barbecue sauce. It was delicious but maybe you need to wait a bit because it was famous. If you want to try to have lunch or dinner at this restaurant try to come early

Wow .. my weekend start with tasteless salads.. no aromas and cheese all are hard n carrots are so soft.. the balsamic dressing is normal.m The food is soggy.. I ask for medium steaks n guess what.. I got medium rare still got blood all over the plate not even hot.... food presentation is bad.. look like something come out from diapers.. I would expect better food to be served as the food quality should match what I paid.. if possible avoid coming until they fixed this ... I hope their management see this ...

My wife and I visited on our last night in Kuala Lumpur and we weren’t disappointed. The chips and dip are a great way to start, we both had the Tex Mex Chicken Fresh Bowl and shared some Tex Mex Cheese Poppers. The food was delicious and service was impeccable. Glad we visited and would again!

I used to come here often but lately I have not been here for quite a while.I was surprised with the quality of food especially in terms of taste. Everything I ordered (Scampi Shrimp Pasta, Southwest Caesar Salad, Big Mouth Bites) during my visit on the 24th August 2019 were tasteless.Definitely a lot of improvement need to be done especially in ensuring the food is yummy and full of flavour.I would rate 1 star, but because the service and attentiveness of the staffs were good (still maintain), I give it another star.

Chills never failed me whenever I go there and order, queueing didn't take time at all, I like the way they come and check and ask if the food is meeting the order we placed and our expectations or if you have any questions about the food, I ordered a well done rip eye but they gave me a medium rare and when I told them about the mistake they fixed it immediately. The drinks are awesome and the taste is really good, I like the paper made straws but you need not to keep it for too long in the glass.

Great food. Been here twice and both times, very good food at fair prices. The refill lemonade is great and they are very nice to ask if you want a refill.

Overrated and overpriced that’s all i can say for the food. I ordered ribeye steak-well done cooked but the meat was so hard to chew. Can see from the image how bad it was prepared. Service was quite slow and the environment was too noisy with the music background. Not recommended at all. Please improve your service.

I was declined from entering to dine in with my muslim friend during puasa and the manager who came to us was rude. My friend was pregnant and was so hungry but they declined us. My last with chilis klcc. Rude and bad service. Could have talked to us nicely.

This is one of the better Chili's outlet. The staff is efficient and friendly and food always comes on time. Food at Chili's is, of course, always great tasting. Rarely do they ever get it wrong. At times, they have great promos as well. This place is great for families (kids eat free) and large groups. Portions are pretty large so do not over order. The must try is their fajitas, eggrolls and for dessert, the molten chocolate cake.

Medium steak = rare, uncooked, no colourbon beef, squishy texture. Buffalo chicken are so sour which make troat feel uncomfortable.Quesaddila is nice.

The view at KLCC park is fantastic.the food is tasty and the best part is for their excellent service! foods served in big portion.can buy set of kids meal come with bottomless drink for only rm9 for each purchase of main dish.and a staff came from table to table to offer her help really make us feel welcomed

Awesome place to have lunch or dinner with families and friends. The view of KLCC park is fantastic especially when there is water fountain show. The staff are friendly. If you celebrating birthday here, let them know. They will sing birthday song for you. And if you're lucky enough, they give you instax photo.
